I will check the bottom bracket.
I'm removing the thick oil paint over the bike frame.
The wheels though are made in germany

Well, the bracket is stably mounted on the one pedal
No writings over it
The diameter of the cylindre is about 36 mm and the inner hole is 25mm.

Also except the wheels, the plastic part of the pedals have a 'made in germany' mark
It's a bit weird to be Motobecane with so many german parts

The closest (design-wise) bicycle that I found on the internet is this 3speed ladies bike
but I don't know if they are related

Well, some of the original paint & decals may exist beneath the current blue paint ... if the bike was rattle-can painted, then you can use some paint thinner to slowly remove the paint & possibly/hopefully reveal some identifying information.

You REALLY need to determine what kind of BB shell the bike has ...

Let me ask, again -- Is it 68mm wide? 70mm wide? 71mm wide?

If the BB shell is 68mm wide, then determine if the threads are 35x1 (French) or 1.37x24 (English) -- the easiest way to determine which type the frame has is to try to thread the 'adjustable' cup from a modern BB into the frame's BB shell ... if you can, then it has English threads.

I find to remove paint wet dry sand paper is another way. Get a bucket of water wet the sand paper and frame and lightly rub you will be surprised how easy it comes off. The last frame I did came out dual so I waxed it and sold it columbus cromar. If it doesnt look like the head badge has been removed (no rivet holes)start there you may find what your lookin for. Dont rub any harder then you would apply cream to your skin its that easy.
