Can Vrijman Be Trusted? That depends. Can the UCI prove that this agreement existed? If yes, can the UCI prove that Vrijman did not send them the report before speaking to the media? There are lots on unanswered questions, and frankly I don't give a damn who was told first, who was supposed to be first, or who cut the line and will have their wrists slapped by the teacher first. It's a stupid issue to bring up.

So you're saying that the results can't be trusted because the release of the information did not follow the agreed upon established procedures. A problem of the way the information appeared, casting doubt on the validity of the information itself.
