Did the raw ground meat come with a raw egg yolk and capers? This would make
it the Danish classic.
The potato dish is Jansson's Temptation, a Swedish favourite.
But you wouldn't find either served at a wedding actually in Scandinavia.

Ah, yes. Wildcat as my redneck in-laws call it. I personally
never heard of it until I met my wife. I have never tried
it. I don't think it would hurt you, since it is sirloin and
would contain no other parts of the cow.
