I don't recognize the frame, but it looks to have an integrated seat post that is basically an extension of the frame that is cut to the length required for the specific rider and a special clamp which affixes the saddle is attached to the top. Similar concepts are being used on some Giants, Ridleys, and others.

The binder is internal to the seat tube - there's a little plug that you pop off to access an allen bolt. It's always on the OTHER side of the bike in those photos. Casati does this on several other high end frames also.

trying to steal a seat from the local rack are you? just kidding

moser use to do the same thing but from memory they used a set up similar to the old quill stem. the bolt was accessed through the top of the seatpost. please correct me if im wrong

Scapin bikes also have a similar feature but have the flush or semi-hidden bolt on the seatstay near the seatube junction.
