Can cycling help reduce the risk of alcohol-related cancers of the brain and nervous system?

So, we’re still playing the “what if” game with cycling and alcohol, huh? How charming. If genetics and health conditions can tip the scales, does that mean some cyclists are just doomed to be the “unlucky ones” who can’t outrun their liver’s bad choices? And here’s a thought: could the intensity of the ride really change the game?

If an easy spin is more about leisurely cruising than metabolizing that pint, are we better off going full throttle with high-intensity sprints? Or are we just kidding ourselves, thinking a few hard laps can scrub off last night's tequila?

Also, if cycling's benefits are merely correlational, how many more studies do we need before we stop pretending that pedaling can fix our poor life choices? What would it take for researchers to really dive into this mess? Let’s keep the skepticism rolling and demand some solid answers! 🤔
