Aside from lighter components (about 190g difference), I'd say none.

you reckon the bottom bracket and headsets are the same quality?
When I looked at Centaur, Chorus, and Record two years ago, I found definite construction differences between Chorus and Centaur - more bearings, bearings instead of bushings, that sort of thing. Chorus had three bearings in the pedals, while Centaur had two. Chorus was definitely built to last longer. Going Chorus to Record, the only differences were materials - titanium and CF instead of steel and aluminum in certain locations.
The price difference between Centaur and Chorus was not that great, while the price difference between Chorus and Record was substantial. So I bought Chorus. Have had two years of trouble free cycling out of that group. Not even the slightest problem.
