OK, I have found several instructions on the web and have printed out a set on brandfordbike.com which are the same ones on parktool.com. The front and rear derailer sections total 40 pages and seem pretty detailed. So, I will give it a try latter on today.

Campagnolo's product manual is probably the best. The document is available on PDF and gives step by step instruction.

OK, that makes a great deal of sense, go to the source. I did go to campagnolo.com and I found a large number of pdf files. I was not able to find a file which described how to adjust, fine tune the front or rear derailers that I have. I have 05 Campagnolo Veloce derailers and shifters.

I did use the instructions posted by Parktool and they at least gave me an idea of what was going on. My derailers do not have the limit screws marked so I had to play around to ID them. And my rear derailer does not have the B screw adjustment which was described. I also found that there is a great deal of interplay between adjustments. I had to go back and forth and re-adjust one adjustment while working on another. As an example, after setting the front derailer and getting it as the instructions described I started on the rear and and ended up having to return to the front and fine tune the front in order to get the rear correct.

It appears that this will turn out to be more of an art than a by the numbers thing.
