Campagnolo Strada Spindle Length

If I understand your question correctly, you have a campy bmx crank on
the bike with a mavic BB and you want to put the Sugino 75 on?

The BB that the campy crank takes, which is probably 109mm, is pretty
much irrelevant, it's entirely possible that the spindle length on the
mavic BB doesn't match up with it anyway.

Pull the cranks off and measure the spindle on the BB and go from there.
The shortest that the Mavic BB came in was a 110, I believe, to match
with their track cranks, though all of the BBs that I've seen lately
have been 114 or longer for the road cranks. The Sugino takes a 109
length, which would fit a 110 Mavic, depending on the taper of the crank
and BB spindle.

My understanding has been that the Mavic uses an ISO taper, and I always
assumed that the Sugino 75 used a JIS taper. The taper is the same, but
the ISO starts out a little smaller than the JIS. So if you put an ISO
crank on a JIS taper, it doesn't go on as far, usually about a 2-3mm
difference in chainline. A JIS crank on an ISO taper goes on too far
and may bottom out before you get a good fit. At this point, I am not
so sure about the Sugino 75 taper, because I put a pair of the cranks on
a 107mm Shimano spindle, which definitely has a JIS spindle, and when I
measured the chainline, it was about 2mm too wide, which would be
consistent with the Sugino crank having an ISO taper. I still find it
hard to believe that the Sugino has an ISO taper and have been meaning
to try the Sugino and Mavic cranks that I have with various BBs and try
to get a handle on the best to use with both, but haven't had the time.

Your best bet is probably the modern campy track crank, which takes a
111 iso taper. It'd be .5 mm too narrow with a 110 Mavic spindle and
1.5mm off with the 114. A 109 JIS crank, as I still think the sugino
is, may work ok with a 114 Mavic spindle, if, and only if, you don't
bottom the spindle before getting it tight. Obviously the optimal
would be to get a Mavic track crank, but I've only seen one of those
come across r.b.marketplace or ebay in the last 10 years or so, and I'm
not willing to give it up at this point ;-) If you do have a 110 Mavic
BB and might find a crank to work better with the 114, I'd be happy to
trade you.
