  1. I just stumbled upon this site with Cambodian recipes. It looks quite
extensive, not that I know anything about Cambodian cooking:

Quite similar to Thai, Vietnamese and Laotian food. But dang, that music when you enter the site is
enough to blast you out of your seat! Rather like fingernails on a chalkboard. Reminds me of
listening to the Thai national anthem when I went to the movies in Bangkok.

They appear have enough soup recipes to keep me happy for years ;-)

The recipes on this site look mighty tasty. I smell a noodle bowl coming on for tomorrow night's
dinner. Now if I can only find the My Tho tapioca noodles around here...

Ever seen the links blacksalt posts to alt.food.asian ? If not, see <vsack.bei.t-vsack.bei.t-
online.de/afa_faq.html>. This link is also in the rfc FAQ, so no need to stumble.

Sorry. I had the sound turned off when I went there.

I looked at blacksalt's list of links a long time ago. Same for the rfc FAQ. Maybe I need to read
    them again...
