typically we expect a mean of 14th place. this result is certainly skewing the curve, and accomodations will have to be made as the season goes on to account for this.

True story: When Bernie Sanders was first elected Mayor of Burlington, he held his victory party at my house. Not that it had anything to do with me.

Neither. It was an old mansion in Burlington where I was renting a room in it for $100 /mo. We had plenty of space and one of my roommates offered to host the party. When I came home from work there were cameramen from all three networks waiting for Bernie to walk through my front door.
