You can also complain to google, it appears that's what he used to post the
message, even though AOL is his ISP. When a user posts via google you can
complain to [email hidden]. Be sure to forward all the headers to
the post in question, the headers will allow google to know which account
post the message and pull the account. I've included them below. I'm not
sure if google will care but it's worth a shot.
