  1. I've had it. I am sick to death of these two little gerbils clinging
to the back of my tibias pretending to be calves. I know genetics
play a big role, but I'm sure I could still benefit from a good period
of prioritization along with a solid routine; at least I'm willing to
put forth the effort. If anyone has any links or has any good
routines they can post, I would appreciate it. All I've ever really
done for calves are standing raises, and don't know of many other
exercises for calves or any routines that involve anything more than a
couple sets of standing raises. Thanks for any help.

  7. Arnold said that most people don't train calves heavy enough. Train heavy,
train every day. Eat. You should be doing AT LEAST double your bodyweight.
After all, your calves lift your bodyweight every day, right? :-)
