It's a generic aluminum/carbon frame with a 105 grouppo for $1700. Unless you really need to ride something that says Cadillac on it, you can get the same bike elsewhere for half the price.

it sells for $749 at costco.com... could i find something better than this package aroudn this price?

That seems like a reasonable price for a bicycle spec'ed with 105, but it doesn't change the fact that you're going for a marketing gimmick -- no offense. It's probably a perfectly fine bicycle for what is, but understand that the money has gone into the marketing rights for the Cadillac name and logo, so they've got to be cutting corners someplace else and it's probably in the materials of the frame set and the paint. Craftsmanship for a frame set in that price range is all the same.
But, if you do go that route -- buying it from Cosco -- you'll need to take it to a bike shop and have the assemble it.
