Steel gave way to Alum and now its time - Carbon time. Lumbar soreness
dictates dampening.
My current Alum road bike was Crit geometry and like'm nimble. I bike
20-40 miles. I tested an Orbea Onyx - nice - but the Shimano wheels
didn't accelerate especially well. I've seen Spec' Roubaix, Orca, Scott
carbon frames but not ridden.
The Matrix of Frame + Wheels = Performance/Dampening is daunting. Any
experiece, suggestions, recommendations or pointers - how to decode the
Carbon product matrix? All Rosetta Stones accepted/appreciated!
