Saco Buttermilk Saco Buttermilk powder water There is a powder for making buttermilk put out by Saco Foods, found in grocery stores in the baking isle. It is: Saco cultured Buttermilk Blend, you just add it to water to make buttermilk for cooking and baking, directions are on the canister. It is low fat and low cholrsterol. For recipes, questions or comments call toll free 1-800-373-7226 central time. e-mail [email hidden]. The caniter is equivalent to 3.75 quarts liquid buttermilk .
