  1. I wanted low carb recipies for lunch. My goal is to take my lunch to
work. Hopefully, the recipes are fast and easy to make.

Any web pages you can recommend?

  2. If your phase allows, LC tortilla wraps with turkey, cheese, ham,
bacon, etc work great. For lower carb you can make roll ups of the
cold cuts without the wrap. Take some pickles, olives, radishes etc as
a side. Or some homemade coleslaw (most store type has sugar)
Another idea is a quiche without crust, made with things like
asparagus, ham, etc. You can make it ahead and it keeps for several
    days in the frig.

  3. Cook more dinner and take the leftovers in a tupperware for nuking.

Salads. A main green veggie salad, with a scoop of some other type of
salad on the side: chicken salad, turkey salad, tuna salad, egg salad.
I used to make up 5 of these over the weekend in tupperwares so lunch
was always ready when I worked a corporate job. It's still a common
    lunch now that I'm home.

If you can't refrigerate the lunch and/or have no access to a
microwave, here's some snacky things that will work:

    nuts
hard-boiled eggs (if you don't peel them, they take a long time to go
    bad)
    cheese
    jerky

First, I have an insulated lunchbag. (It's 6-pack size, and I assume
that's what it's really meant for, but no matter.)

My typical bag lunch is a big salad, which I make at the same time as I
make my dinner salad the night before. I put the dressing in a separate
little Tupperware container, so it doesn't get soggy. Along with that, I
have a protein serving of some sort. Today it's leftover grilled chicken
breast with curry mayo. Other times, I have a leftover chicken thigh
which I reheat in the microwave at work or a scoop of tuna or salmon
salad; one can normally gets me three servings. I also have a few
strawberries for a late afternoon snack.

I used to brownbag low carb, but no longer do.

I used the insulated lunchbag and small "blue ice" inserts for extra
measure. Pretty much like what you do.

It worked well for me, and it is a really good suggestion to the "brown
bag" problem for unrefrigerated work places.

I never thought to add some extras for a late afternoon snack.

  6. The size and quantity of brown bags depends on the appearance of your

I make a big batch of Hannah Gruen's Italian Sausage Soup (and
variations thereof) on weekends, then take some to work with me in
Tupperware containers and heat it in the microwave for lunch.

Could you please post the recipe, or a link to it? It sounds good.
