    I used to commute six miles each way from North London to Potter's Bar
    railway station. That was about my limit on the Brompton mainly because of
    the squishy seat and the rather too short seat post. If you find the seat
    comfortable and the seat post is long enough, then I can't see any real
    problem with commuting that distance on a Brompton.
