main brakes (just the handbrake) and heavily pregnant partner. The resultant crash killed the unborn

I'm with you. Can't see alot of point in jail. Doesn't say anything about a driving ban as well.

I've been there and done that. To be more correct, I used to live in Clitheroe and West Bradford,
which is nearby, and have done the D&D thing. I'm proud of neither.I was quite surprised that Graeme Kershaw was not prosecuted for dangerous driving, especially
considering that he'd been recently banned for a similar offence and that was guilty of the all too
usual having no insurance etc.James
