bugger it, entries have closed for the southbank races and the ride to the
coast. Guess I'll just have to watch. If anyone else is going and is keen to
catch up for coffee/beer let me know.

Sat 10th as well. http://www.cycleogical.com.au
Sorry it's Sun 11th. (See the r*n component for tri sickos)

Coot-tha Challenge
December 11 will see our second annual Coot-tha Challenge! Last year we had
a great turn-out, and this year we will again be having a tent set up with
drinks and food, and of course room for spectators!
All the action will kick off early to try to get it all over and done with
before the heat sets in. This year it will be a 5 - 10 lap challenge and we
will incorporate the new one-lap run, three-lap bike, one-lap run for all
those multi-sport sickos! Please contact us with your details if you wish
to participate

You ALMOST got my interest with that bit... except I'd rather be doing
the Kurrawa to Duranbah return 50km race! Your cheers would be greatly
appreciated if you choose to do a training ride to the coast. We start
from Kurrawa Surf Club at 0500h. Cutoff time is midday, and there'll be
plenty of beer after that.
I'm thinking of an easy ride this weekend before the crits. One of my
mates is racing and wants an easy warm up, so I'll let you know when I
have more details.

OK. I'll probably be hanging round near Star Cafe on sunday watching the races, and stuffing my face. I'll be wearing a blue/white HPRW jersey if any a.b'ers want to catch up. Kinda glad I'm not racing now looking at the weather report! I got 14 stitches in my elbow last year after a big stack in the wet 🙂 My money is on Jaaron Poad or maybe Allan Davis for the A grade race.
