    Just ate breakfast a bit ago. I did an omelette and was it ever good. It
    was nothing special, egg beaters, onion and cheese but I stuffed some
    chipotle salsa in the middle. I used shredded cheddar but next time I'll
    try a different cheese.

    oooh sounds good. I'm having a bit of surgery at 1:15 today and
    haven't had anything to eat since 10 pm last night and a feeble glass of
    apple juice and a cup of tea before 7:15....can't wait to get back home
    and eat something...

    That's just the instructions I got, but after checking in, getting the
    IV in my arm and waiting two hours, I got bumped for an emergency. I go
    back next Tuesday. First thing I did when I got home (at 4 pm) was to
    have my breakfast....LOL ....Sharon
