The lab has to be Icelandic. Halfway between Europe and US. Not a member
    of
the EU, but participating in Schengen. No riders in the ProTour. Won't be
influenced by bordering countries. Yep, Iceland.

Huge American military presence would not hurt Landis either, huh?

What, is the US planning on invading Iceland now to make sure Floyd will
    receive favorable treatment?

The US military presence in Iceland is already in place. Here's one
    indicator:

There is no huge American military presence in Iceland, the last of

If just one of the staff is fat, the above would still be true.

I think we can safely assume a 99% probability that at least one of their
staff is fat. One of our probability experts could even provide a nice big
    Bayesian model.

Do I have this right... In this (sub)thread, a South African replied to a
Kiwi who responded to an Icelander who responded to a Finlander replying to
someone in France? And now a dumb American (me) replies with nothing useful
    to say...

The definition of your terms is unclear. To my knowledge,
huge Americans do not have their own military separate from
the general American military, thus it's not surprising that the
(non-existent) Huge American Military has no presence
in Iceland. Also, you'd think the Huge American Military
would set up bases someplace with a larger local food supply.

I could be wrong, though. You never know what Rumsfeld is
hiding in the classified parts of the defense budget. A good
investigative reporter could probably figure this out from the
number of XXXL fatigues on order from the uniform makers.

Ah! So you know he is hiding something. That'd be a known unknown then?

The miracle of the Internet. We can find increasingly sophisticated ways
of saying nothing useful. It must have been invented by a politician.

Don't tell anyone but I suspect Bill C is the CIC of the HAM and he's
    planning a coup against Rumsfeld.

This link is pretty outdated now, the military have all moved out.
