Can anyone tell me what size and thread is used for the crank bolts on
shimano sealed BB, its a square taper one?

Also should V brake pads toe in or out and by how much?

Both Pete Biggs & I replied

M8 x 1 for the crankbolts. Usually referred to as Metric Fine, M8 bolts in
common useage are M8 x 1.25 (the second figure refers to the thread pitch).
Brake pads should toe in toward the front of the bike.
