Typical. They really need to take a hard look at what's on the banned
list and why. It seems to me, but I'm no expert that an awful lot of
the stuff that's on there is only marginally effective for enhancing
performance unless it's being used to treat an existing medical problem
such as this. I just don't see any huge benefit to a healthy athlete
from a lot of this stuff.
Maybe somebody out there who is an expert would like to make a guess
at how much of the list could be removed without creating a major
    problem.

Thanks for the link. There must have been lots of snoring in the USA T&F
bus before they got on the treatment plan.

I liked you other link better - got a pair - now let's see if tomorrow
morning's -9 degrees (forecast) will challenge my warmer toes. But I am
still not convinced that water is no longer a problem. Should just be ice,
I guess, but wait a week or two ...

-9? Ouch. Let me know whether you like them.

11 of us left at -7 ; 4 returned at -2, the others having ideas of stopping
for anti-freeze somewhere earlier. I forget to adjust the front velcro, so
they were tight and probably less effective, but I came back warmer than
usual - at least in the foot area.

Will we see you at the Chevreuse ? Earlier in Yvelines or Essonne ? Or you
    prefer flatlanding at Disneyland ?

I usually just ride in places I can reach from my front door. What are the
    Chevreuse, Yvelines, and Essone rides?

    host city)

    Organisateur

5 mai 2005 1.43 CC EPONOIS 78 CR Ile de France de la FFC MARTIN Michel

    28 allée Edith Piaf

    78410 AUBERGENVILLE

  11. Hey everyone !

I apologise for having posted something to do with competitive cycling. I
will next post a weather report for an enclosed ant farm, to be sure no one
    finds me on topic.
