Hi Dutch, don't want to appear picky but I used to work with some UI
designers for people with disabilities so tend to look at useability
first. That bold olive green really strains my eyes on the in page
headings. It's not so bad on the header, but olive on white had me
instantly screwing up my eyes (and it's only the start of the day). But
apart from that it's dead easy to read and navigate. But on the Rides
page where's BR?? 😉 .

Good. I actually got lost riding home the other night!
I spotted a gap in traffic and decided to take the Mont
Albert road option from Burke. Got to the end and
found the street ended. I decided to explore and went
down Standard Ave and found Surrey Dive. Rolled
up to what I thought was Elgar Rd. which would lead
me to Whitehorse and after a bit of travel I realised I
was heading BACK TO WORK on Cantebury Rd!!

Yeah Dutch,
Wrote to Council re. condition of Gardiners Creek track recently. The bit passed Battleship Galactica it pretty average. Also hassled them about an underpass on Warrigal Rd to enable commuters and others to get to city all the way on the path. This bit requires three councils to act though - Monash, Brdra and Stonnington.

I actually got a reply too - promising inspections and action!

Um.. Mont Albert road has preliminary bike lane
markings and little reflectors down, as of some time
earlier than now..
Someone might have mentioned this already?

As for BR, was that you volunteering to itemise the route in written form? 😄 . The map you did is cool. if you could gimme the url to that again and a 'followable' description. (PS your the 2nd person to ask me why it aint there...)

And as for you Hipsta. BBUG claims no responsibility for nuffnuts getting lost on the way home 😄 😄 😄 (PS you were in City of Whitehorse anyhow so go complain to them 😉 )

As for the description, you added corrections/addendums to mine a couple
of weeks back which I'd reference if I could be bothered going into
cyclingforums, but some of us still work for "the man" so I'd better get
back to it.

Ta. As for Visio. Dont make me larf. Quite possibly one of the most appalling programs ever to crawl out of the code-soup, IMHO.
A great way for middle-management to make very ludicrous representations of something very simple look VERY complicated

What are you saying??? :eek: . Actually I have just finished a very nice 'client meeting' at Heidi gallery restaurant so my 'man' is obviously alot nicer than yours 😄.

I meant big business of whose shackles you have freed yourself. Actually
you can have the non-corporate world. As long as workign for the man
allows me to work from home and go riding or running (oops sorry Dutch)
at lunch I'll stick with it.
