There's a lot of rich famous people though that would be done-in for recreational drugs if they had to submit to random drug tests.
I don't know how serious this is in Belgium. If it was in the Netherlands... the public might just say... "Whatever".
Who was that other pro cyclist who was found positive for cocaine? Pantani right. I hope it isn't as serious as Pantani's habit.

I feel sorry for him though... because taking coke at a party is nothing like systematic PED use.

nope, nothing like it, but as TFF says, assume they go hand in hand re: if you risk getting caught with the social rec one, you will take the risk with the PEDs. -

He lives in Monaco, but stays at Lore's place or with his parents when he is in Belgium. -

That's correct he does live in Monaco.
But the Monaco-authorities won't be too impressed with this, as there is a crack (excuse the pun) down on people living there who have criminal records continuing to live in Monaco.
if Boonen is done for a criminal act......he could find himself being asked to leave Monaco.
