it's on OLNtv.com in their videos section.
they have a 15 second or less, just a shot of him coming into the turn and
the crash.

Try Yahoo sports, they post a wrap up video. He was going around a
right hand curve very close to the curb. The bike went out from under
him and it looked like he landed and skidded on the curb before
stopping.Andy

Brian, gutter is French for curb.
Hope this helps,

DRIt was a traffic circle, the course was around the circle anticlockwise
and he was preparing to exit to the right. -

As you get further over onto the wrong side of the bend the camber is
progressively more against you. The commentators said there was loose
gravel, but frankly I think the camber just got too unfavourable for
grip. And, as I say, been there...Ouch.
Incidentally, did anyone notice the gloves Julich was wearing? They were
quite smooth and fairly long on the wrist - quite different from normal
track mitts. Perhaps less protective?--

polite request from a certain young fan... said young fan could have told
him which bits of the stage were dodgy, as certian young CSC fan had ridden
the stage on the Thursday, on a Cervelo, in full TT set-up ;-)Mr Julich was the only member of CSC who did not do autographs before the
event. Even Bjarne Riis was happy to do the fan piccie/autograph thing. Jens
Voight is very fan-focused and during his warm-up was pedalling away on his
bike with, at one point, a baby on the handlebars :-DFull marks for politeness to Young Mr Zabriskie, who, when he turned up at
team bus and was asked for his autograph & a piccie, said "I'll just put my
bag away first." This he did and then duly popped out of bus and over to a
certain young fan who was waiting astride his own Cervelo in CSC kit and was
exceedingly polite about the autograph/piccie thing. His Mum should be very
proud of her polite son who does not ignore his fans!Cheers, helen s

Is there prior footage on the olntv.com/tdf website? They only showed
the crash a bejillion times on the day it happened.N.

If Mr Julich had only logged on to RBR in the last year, he would have
known he had no chance in the Tour and would have hung up his wheels
long before. -

I think it has something to do with the supplements that his family used to
sell at races. -

better to steer into the curb, over, and onto the pavement
on the other side of the bight of curb.--

needs curb-jumping lessons from Oscar Freire. -

Yeah, what a dumbass. Also, I'm sure Kurgan can but he won't.
