The forecast tomorrow is for 6 deg C or 7 deg C out at bayside. What do
we do? Is it time for a sleep in? Eeek! Cold! I'll solidify!

Hehehe, got one sucker guys. Little does she realise it will be clear
blue skies, even if a little chilly, and 23 later on.
BTW, avoid inland. Zero at Ipswich.

Sleep in to ward off the Queensland post-Origin blues. The Roosters
halves combination should get the job done for NSW ...
🙂
Bad idea to ride the day after State of Bogan-ness... same with any other bogan sport.

Take that! And may you have many more as well, must be such a struggle up there during Winter.
Well, at least we won't have to freeze our bidons the night before we
go out on a ride... *brrrrrrrrr*
Geez, I'll actually have to get the arm/leg-warmers out of the
wardrobe!!

Not this week anyway - second course of antibiotics
for chest loogie started tonight. I wont have any biotics left if I keep
swallowing these things.
At gym I can turn the legs over at my own fluey pace
and enjoy the pleasant surroundings😉 . And I'm much
less likely to get dropped compared to riding Coot-tha
with you, you billy-goat.😉 😄 😄

Probikekit.com has some nice specials on winter gear, including the
ability to build a "kit" and get a further discount on multiple items.
It was absolutely freezing last night on my way home, so I've ordered a
bunch of things including thermal bib tights, reflective winter gloves,
long sleeved jersey, thick water resistent neoprene booties with
reflective strips and, best of all, a reflective balaclava.
I wonder what drivers will make it all. If you hear any stories about
a spectral rider with glowing hands and face terrorising Perth's
southern suburbs at night, you'll know its me.

Well phear tomorrow. Forecast is 4C. Don't know what time you leave, I
get going at 6:55 which seems to be about the time the temp hit rock
bottom.
Last year I was shorts and t-shirt thru winter. This year I'm all
lycra'd up, however I think I'll get by with thermal vest, and then my
summer gear over that. I also sprung for long fingered gloves this year,
tomorrow might be the morning to try them out.

I typically set off for home at abour 10:30 - 11pm. Get home about 40
minutes later. On a clear winter night it can get pretty chilly by
then...

He's probably like me. Doesn't get into work until midday or after.
