  1. I've noticed this recently after a half-hour plus run or a heavy
workout on the elliptical crosstrainer: prominent red splotches across
my torso, front and back both. They subside after about a half-hour.

It is worth noting that this summer I contracted a wonderful tick-borne
illness (babseiosis) that landed me in the hospital, and then developed
    a head-to-toe reaction/rash to 7-day antibiotic course, clyndamicin,
which was administered with quinine. :-p

In terms of the training performance, I'm fully recovered, but the
blotches seem to "remind" me of the illness. Perhaps just a
    coincidence?

I'n not a doctor so don't take too much notice of this, but I've
suffered with this for years, cycling, running or swimming. I don't
think it's an issue, it's never bothered me, but I do get funny looks
    in the pool occassionally!

put sun screen in pill plastic empty bottle.
dip finger in and rub over skin that shows.
old age tells bugs your human.
because no beast would be caught in a smell of man.
plus the devil beast likes the gay card.

soap on skin when wash lets clothes not rash skin, when wash with body
or hair soap on skin rubs rash. so inside train needs reg soap on skin,
