Erm, the wheels sit on the road. You and the rest of the bike hang or stand on the wheels.

Nope. At the moment about half my wheels are hanging from the garage ceiling; about half are hanging from the frames hanging from the wheels hanging from the ceiling and a couple are not hanging at all being on their side in the Brompton in the boot. This situation may change during the day
