Does anyone know the effect of running on blood pressure? I've always
gotten dizzy spells, but they're worse when I'm running a lot than
when I'm not.
Thanks.

Sweet. I love a good headrush. Same thing for me, I get more of them
when I'm doing a lot of running.
I like to find a chair or some support and hold my breath to make it
last longer or to intensify.

Me too <puff puff>
As referred to by another poster, you can simply start by checking your
hydration levels. If you have a more involved medical history, you should
get clearance from your cardiologist.
