  1. I've found no easy way to make a complaint about this [censored] who keeps
posting, and he obviously keeps changing his email address etc.

Anyone had any luck blocking him/making a formal complaint? Please advise me
on how to do the same.

I got him thrown of Illinois.net which is why he stopped posting from
host 66.99.1.44. SBC (68.251.53.124) where he has just relocated is
proving a little more difficult mainly because they make abuse reporting
almost impossible to do. If you have a good newsreader you can block on
elements of his address - it uses the same core but with different
numbers in it. Either that or block on content (the url is a constant of
    the content) or posting host.

[email hidden], perhaps? I believe his name is Ed Gin, but I
    could be wrong.

Good reader? I try to use thunderbird on my laptop but found it was really
buggy and bloated. I really wasn't keen on it at all. OE might be the devil
of all readers, but I find it does exactly what I want (or I've just got
    really used to it)[1].

[1] However I have found gmail excellent for groups where Google Groups
sends on every email. However ukrc isn't one of them 🙁

If you do complain, could you post the details here so I can plagarise your
    complaint.

I don't think so. You need to have a bit of fun. If it's not good, then good
    luck.

His link doesn't work anyway, as I found when I tried to locate his
guest book and add a few FOADs.

It looks like the site has been pulled. I guess more than a few people
    complained.

I got a bounce from that address, but I got a form letter back from
[email hidden] - [email hidden] would also get through, I'd
guess. rec.bicycles.tech have suggested complaining to his ISP (which
    has already changed once).

FWIW the response I got was:

However the muppet is still posting despite his site being pulled. I think
the only way is via his ISP then ...

So, what's his ISP? Is this it?

    SBC Internet Services SBCIS-SIS80 (NET-68-248-0-0-1)
    68.248.0.0 - 68.255.255.255
    PPPoX Pool - Rback4 CHCGIL SBC068251032000040130 (NET-68-251-32-0-1)
    68.251.32.0 - 68.251.47.255

    ??
