Even if you didn't lose, it sounds like you had some quality time with hubby, which is great. Next
time, try carrots and salsa, while hubby is munching on the nachos :-) I saw The usual suspects a
few years ago, and really liked it!

One thing I did make with the nachos was fat free tomato salsa (roma tomatoes, red onion, salt,
pepper, cilantro and a sprinkle of lemon juice). DH hates cilantro, so he had sour cream. I did have
about a tsp. of sour cream, but he ate the rest.

I really enjoyed the movie, thought the story was good and the ending even better.

He's mostly into sci-fi movies. I don't mind the odd one, but can't watch them too often. He did
make a good choice with this one though.

Oh, he has the weather station set up outside and according to him it's working well, now he figures
he needs more measuring instruments to attach to it!

Haven't tried maked tortillas cut into triangles. Would they be better if you sprinkled a bit of
    salt on them?

Sprinkle them with a bit of chilli powder and a bit of salt, and yer all set. You can also spray
them with a bit of olive oil in one of those oil spray can thingies, if you have one. Otherwise, a
non-stick spray made with olive oil will work nicely as well. It just helps stop them from burning
and they taste a bit nicer.

    Cheers, Petal

I don't think that you did too much damage with the nachos and hot chocolate. You might see a
slight gain from the salt in the nachos if you tend to retain water. So drink extra water for the
next couple of days to help flush it out.

I do retain water and TOM is going to be here any day too. I usually retain at that time as well,
so double whammy, hopefully the scale won't be too nasty tomorrow!

Well, then, anything the scale shows is not real damage just an interim water gain so don't worry
    too much this week.
