So-called "nitrokeg" beers (ie the "smooth" ones Ambrose was referring
to) are pumped with a mixture of gases, the largest constituent being
nitrogen. And they come in kegs. Hence the name.

Canned Guinness (and presumably other canned beers with similar style heads)
uses nitrogen in its widget too, AIUI.

Doesn't seem to on mine. The bottle cage does that for me.

With two of mine living under the seat, just abaft of the trailing edge,
there's usually plenty of abrasive Skog(tm) around to assist in the
process too.
