Blaine seems to be doing everything right. I've only been watching three weeks but he's lost over fifty pounds. Probably sixty by now. I am wondering when he actually started the diet. He seems to have a really good attitude also.
I like his show, but I wonder about how many desserts he has. At some point, calories will count, and desserts aren't a good way to lose weight. The show I watched last night showed him making desserts for 6 people, and I don't think that the desserts could be frozen. Having said that, if I had enough people over, I'd make the dessert for them. I wouldn't make them if I was the only person eating them.

Well, I did see he has a wife and three children and he feeds them pretty much what he eats. He also does about five miles a day on the treadmill.
They also show him using a bike on the road and a bike in the house. How many kids does he have? I saw one show where he made "sandwiches" and there were at least 4 kids in the room. Much of the stuff he makes, I'd make, but dessert is where it gets hard; I'll make dessert periodically, but only the kind you can freeze in small portions. Dessert for me tends to be extra calories that take up space from good food. When I'm exercising a lot, I don't mind dessert, but right now I'm only exercising 4 days a week.

1 scoup chocolate protein powder, 7 Tbs sour cream....liquid splenda = 300 kcal dessert which is also a meal. throw in 2 oz blueberries for variety.
