You'll note that the two photos come from completely different agencies, AFP
and AP, so the captions were written by different people. You can't know
for sure that the AP caption writer isn't calling *everyone* a looter, and
that the AFP writer isn't calling *everyone* a finder, so this proves
absolutely nothing. If it was the same writer, it would be indicative of
racist attitudes.

Plus the female in the "find" picture appears to be African-American. Willie
D and his ilk invent racism if they can't find it.

i read that the original photograpjer used the "loot" word because
he saw it happen. he used the "find" word because they were
wading thru floating debris and he didn't see them break into
a store.

They're two different photographers numnuts. Pay attention.
Ok, the pic said that they "FOUND" food at a store. It didn't say
"Purchase". That sounds a lot like stealing to me, whether for a good
cause or not. I work in Law enforcement and petty thieves often use the
"I found it" excuse to keep from being busted. I seriously doubt that
any store was still open for business as usual after the storm. Use
YOUR brain (or lack thereof) numbnuts.
