subsequent flooding that wiped out the normal sewage system. You see,
when you flush the toilet the waste doesn't disappear into an alternate
dimension. It goes into a waste removal system that involves holding
tanks, gravity, electrically-run pumping stations and sewage treatment
plants.

The fact that you blame the race of the inhabitants tells me a great
deal more about your level of ignorance and racism than it tells me
anything about the people in the Superdome.

Great suggestion. HAve you ever dug through 6 or 8 inches of concrete or
ashphalt by hand? It can be done but its a lot of work especially when you
don't have tools.
