I bought Michelin Pro Race tires from biketiresdirect and I had no problems. Got a good price too.

I've also bought several tires, and even some parts from them. Always got the items fast, and with no problems...

Yes, I will also attest to their quality and prompt service. They offer low prices (lower than most) and always deliever promptly. I don't know what the original poster's problem is.
