  1. I mean it is easier than walking. How can you get in shape riding a
bike? I ride an 1.5 hrs every second day or so and it just seems
horribly boring. I feel much better after a walk than a bike ride.

The quality level of today's trolls has declined significantly. Isn't
there a troll school or GED-troll equivalent? Something oughta be
    done.

    You forgot to mention "NASCAR."

He's still got half a year to get to an acceptable level before trolling
    season starts on July 1st.

I feel much better after sex than after a walk or a bike ride.

Get back to us when you'r doing it a minimum of 1.5 hours every other
day. Then put your training journal on-line. Thanks in advance.

  7. ....If yer' getting too bored, try riding into the flow of traffic... or
do intervals crossing the four-lane at rush-hour... Or maybe just stick
w/the walk... it makes you feel better... Don't exert yourself too
    much...

Are you talking about sex or cycling?

  9. I'm doing it 1.5 hours per day. Which leaves me neither the time nor
the desire to edify you with the details.

It's caused by the genetic damage from the drugs their parents took in the
    swinging 60's and 70's.

Are you sure that's a good idea?

    Day 1
I'm psyched for the new season. Stocked up on baby oil, kleenex and
    vids.
    ..
    ..
    ..
    Day 23
The sacrifices one makes to excel in a sport. Haven't left the house
in weeks. Tendonitis in right forearm is becoming worse.

Let's just stick with the bikes.

I guess you answered the question, "What do you think about when you're
having sex?": "Having someone else there."

    You forgot to mention "NASCAR."

Maybe it's a warmup for the athlete-of-the-year trolling.

But anyway, I have some advice for the OP. You're clearly
overtrained and lacking motivation. If you ride _less_ often,
when you go out for a 1.5 hour ride it will seem like a lot of
work, really hard, and you'll know you're getting some good
exercise. This is how I always approach the whole
training-cycle idea - in order to make a hard training block
really hard, I spend the month beforehand on the sofa.

And remember to report back on the effects of combining viagra and epo.
I've always been curious about the side effects of a 3 hour erection with
    a 60% haemocrit.
