  1. No, not me. I'm terrified of the things. But, I still
managed to get some good exercise! Spike and Giles got their
first bikes today and we went to the park to try them out.
We went 1/4 mile around the lake and back again. I spent my
time chasing after Spike, pulling Giles along, or pulling
both up a hill, or keeping both from careening down a hill.
    Oh, my poor back!

But, it was a great way to celebrate the Equinox and earn
some activity points. I wonder how many...?

  2. Can't believe those kids are old enough to have bikes! Seems
like just the other day when they were born! Sounds like
    they (and you) had fun.

  3. Chasing bikes is almost as good as riding them. Sounds like
a great day was had by all. Bet you're exhausted!

  4. Good exercise. But you know that if they become enchanted,
MOM WILL HAVE TO FOLLOW SUIT. A bike in your future.......

  5. Nope. There's enough other bike riders in the family. I'll
just walk/jog along side of them. ;-)

  6. I got myself a stationary bike last week. And I'm
sloooooowly working my way up in time and resistance.
Briefly - VERY briefly - I considered getting a regular
bike, and take my dog out for exercise. Then this vision, of
my bozo boy (Rottweiler) spotting a squirrel and deciding to
take a short cut through the trees, occurred to
me...............a stationary bike is good. Very good. And
    safe. No squirrels. Sharon

  7. Hi, Sharon, I had a stationary bike that I took over from my
son and his wife. I loved it! I hope you use your bike in
    good health.
