Better to be coward then incompetent. Or in your case room temperature IQ.
I like how you math works 10*40 000 = 300 000. A grade 6 math class would light you up like a Christmas tree.
Lets look at the facts here.
1. You are crazy. Known to threaten people, you have had the police arrest you. Only an idiot or really big person with a big stick would let you know who they are.
2. Most people in the cycling community think you are an idiot and they are right.
3. Your cycling experience is at best 5 years old (but you were fired for incompetence from that job). In reality is 20 years old and pretty well meaningless.
4. You know nothing about modern training, or racing. Nothing at all.
5. Rob Jones is very good at writing, something that you are not. (I am pretty bad at it too, so don't feel too bad). When he say all thing considering the CCA is doing a good job, the words differ from meaning. I know this is beyond your competence level.
As for me. I have managed a teams none at the scale that you have. To tell you truth I am not a team manager, I don't have the organizational skills. However my experience in other aspects of cycling dwarfs yours.
I have 20 years of racing experience. I have raced nationals in every displine.
-BMX as a kid
-Downhill as a Junior (this is what I went to worlds for, juniors were pretty slow back then)
-Elite XC as an espoir and senior
-Road as an espoir and senior
-Track as a senior
-Cross as a senior
Currently I make my way as a cycling coach. I coach Canadian and International cyclist.
My athletes are
- national champions
- have numerous victories at national and international competitions in many cycling displines (including track)
I have forgotten more about cycling and training then you have ever known.
On that note I am going to sign out.
I can see you have completely lost it and I don't need to waste any more time doing what I call "Ed Baiting".
Careful you don't froth at mouth and wreck your key board you psycho!!!!
