bike computer magnet for flat spokes?

If the Mity 3 has a magnet with a cylindrical barrel and narrow slot running across it, you can
drill a larger opening across the base of the slot. Or, place the computer pickup towards the very
top of the fork and mount the magnet on the round part of the spoke. Or drop by your LBS and they'll
most likely have a magnet that will work.

I have the Bonty Race Lites (also with flat spokes); ended up putting the magnet close to the hub,
where the spokes are round. (Old wireless Specialized cyclometer; seems to work fine except in cold
-- for San Diego -- weather.)

Cateye has a magnet: #169-9691 that is no tools and works on round and flat. Tom

Sigma magnets (the one with the metal sleeve) fit bladed spokes. Been using one for years,
no problems.
