Evidently it is unwise to depend on the civil authorities of Punjab to
maintain their roads in good condition. For other aspiring bike
bombers may I suggest the smooth pavements of Phoenix, Arizona and
Orlando, Florida.

Before I opened the article, I was thinking they'd packed part of the
frame with explosives or some such.

Perhaps they should have obtained the services of a more adept chemist.
