brocolli. I mix together ranch dress, hot mustard, splenda sweet relish,
and splenda pickle juice for a sauce to coat the raw brocolli. Then I eat
about 9 oz of brocolli. very filling. I have a hard time getting this down
without the sauce and I don't enjoy cooked brocolli that much.

    celery.

    various LC tortillas.

    cauliflower.

    spinach.

  3. My favorite fiber source is cocoa powder.

However, I've been reading that fiber might not have the benefits that have
    been claimed.
Many report regularity with high fat instead. To me, high fat is 65% by
calories. In studies, the "high fat" test group was usually about 40%.

    Almonds.

My jar of Kettle almond butter shows "fiber 0" in a 1-oz serving.

I haven't looked up the numbers, probably a bit carby, but I like baby
carrots, wasa bread, lima beans, apple sauce, popcorn.

Dreamfield's pasta is treated so that most of it is not digested as carbs
but 'starts acting like fiber in the intestine.'

    Oat bran?

    I'm talkin' REAL almonds.

  13. I like CarbSense Hot Cereal. Tastes pretty good with Wheat Bran, Flaxseed
meal, etc. And 12g fiber per serving (out of 15 total.).

    Nuts, brocolli.
