The best answer is to test ride each (or what you can) and buy the one that fits best, rides best, handles best, fits your budget, and comes at a price that you can tolerate. It's also worth keeping an open mind and trying other bikes, too.

Any pros or cons on either bike?

I don't know either of those two models, but both of those manufactures are highly reputable. If within my budget, I'd go with the one I liked the ride of and the looks of.

As stated ride both.

i liked better the specialized, 10 speed vs. 9 speed bianchi, internal routed cables, nice aesthetics, but the bianchi has disc brakes, which are nicer,
