How do you tell which one is the stoker?
Look more closely. Only the handlebars on the right (of the picture)
have brakes, and only that wheel pivots to steer.
The independent drive-trains provide the advantage of the riders NOT
having to match cadence.

Ahh yes! An alternate definition for "car hunting".
I'm envisioning a year-round season with no bag limits. Ideally,
there'd be a bounty paid to offset the ammunition costs.
