Best Clinchers

I thought I'd put in my tuppence for Michelin Pro Races. 2500km so far, not a single flat tire, and the moulding seam has only just worn off my front tire. Many of these kilometres are commuting on Sydney roads, which are poor and covered in glass shards.
Frail tires maybe, but not too bad.

I've destroyed a lot of Michelin Pro Races and Axial Pros due to slicing up the tread on broken glass etc. I found them to be fantastic gripping tyres but way to easy to cut. One cut and its right through to the tube - into the bin.

Due to recommendations, I now use Conti GP3000's and Force/Attacks. After about a year I've yet to get a slice even on the same roads and tracks. Smaller number of punctures to but thats not conclusive. Haven't noticed any loss of performance in changing over but the Contis seem a bit more plush in the ride.

I have used many sets of Bontrager X lite tires,and always liked them. I changed to the Continental Grand Prix Attack/Force TPS Road Tires and I feel the difference they are a much faster tire.

I think they're very durable. I've only have 2 punctures in 1.5 year with the Open Corsa and there's plenty of broken beer bottles (lots of people out for the country cruise) and dried out bushes with stickers here in the San Jose area where I ride. Not sure I'll go yellow again though. 8-)

Specialized All Condition Pro. Fast, tough and no flats despite riding through all the [censored] of the day.
