Isn't Benelli an Italian motorcyle manufacturer?

benelli went almost out of business some years ago, but now it's back with either a scooter with a
foldable solid roof (just like the mercedes slk, only without the electric motor ;-) and a big road
sporty motorcycle i don't think this is the same company matteo
