Belgian paper "Het Laatste Nieuws" was able to have a look into
Museeuw-De Clercq-Landuyt file.
Museeuw is accused of posession of 1 dose EPO, 2 doses Aranesp and
dexamethasone, a product against inflammation. He is not accused of
doping use. He kept those products at home during July and August
2003. The fact that those products can only be preserved for 7 days,
means that he kept it for instant use. That confirms the SMS-traffic
between Museeuw and vet Landuyt in which Museeuw declared his desire to
become WC one more time (2003, Hamilton).
Mario De Clercq however is accused of using 36 doses of EPO in 2001.
They got that from De Clercq's notebook which he originally should have
used to write a novel (dixit De Clercq). He used 8 doses of EPO in
january 2001, the month in which he became Belgian champion
cyclo-cross. EPO use in July, September, October, November and
December prepared him for the WC of 2002 in Zolder, which he won.
Chris Peers and Jo Planckaert are both accused of posession of EPÖ and
Aranesp.
