They say luck favours those who make their own. In this case, there's more
than a bit of truth to it. Frustrated by the lack of a local Freecycle
group, I created one for my local town and am the group's owner and
moderator.
Now and again things come up that I rather fancy but I have always felt that
it's sort of unethical for me to nab something before the offer has gone on
general release. Last night, an offer came up that I just couldn't let slip
through my sticky fingers though. ;-)
It was a Flying Scot track frame (circa 1970s I think although I haven't
found the frame number yet). Just perfect to fulfill my fixie dreams.
