Silly kid. If you open a can of Spanish peanuts, you do not find Beer Nuts,
the trademarked product. You get peanuts with red skins, some salt, and a
little oil. Therefore, they are not equal. If you disagree, then you must
also believe that you could relabel a can of Beer Nuts as "sugar", simply
because it's one of the ingredients.

I don't know here. I've never eaten these. I just know that different
foods have the same name in different places.
